With offices in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, IINC is strategically located to reach consumers throughout the nation's most populous state. The IINC staff provides objective and accurate insurance and safety information to the media and consumers on a daily basis.
In a continuing effort to educate consumers, IINC operates a toll-free hotline for consumer inquiries and brochure requests while maintaining an extensive library of print and video information about the insurance industry in California. IINC staff also distributes written and video news releases, opinion pieces and consumer alerts to the public through the news media and World Wide Web.
IINC membership is comprised of both commercial and personal lines insurers who do business in California. The focus of IINC is determined by a Board of Directors comprised of top-level executives from each member company. IINC staff and member company personnel work toward a common goal: enhancing consumers' understanding of insurance and safety issues.
