Bubba Gump's Mango Holiday Sparkler

14 oz Slice (or other lemon-lime carbonated beverage)
1 oz orange juice

Fill shaker with ice. Add mango puree. Add equal parts lemonade and Slice. Shake. Top with orange juice and add starfruit as a garnish and serve.


Buca Di Beppo's Holiday Liquid Explosion

2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pomegranate syrup
4 oz club soda

Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake with ice. Can be served in a martini glass with a sugar rim if desired, or over ice. Garnish with a wedge of orange, lime, or any citrus fruit.


Cafe Tu Tu Tango's Razberry Nojito

Mojito mix
1/2 lime
1/2 lemon
5 diced mint leaves
1 sugar packet
2 oz Sprite

Blend all ingredients together, strain and keep cold. In a pint glass, pour in 4 oz of the mojito mix and add a squirt of raspberry puree and ice. Fill the remainder of the glass with Sprite and garnish with chopped lemon, lime and a sprig of mint.


Camacho's Mistletoe Margarita

1 oz guava
1 oz orange juice
S1 oz cranberry
Splash of 7-Up

Fill margarita glass with sweet-n-sour and add in mixture. Rim the glass with salt and chile powder and garnish with crystallized Hibiscus leaves.


Daily Grill's Cinnamon Soy Dream

1whole ripe banana
3/4 cup of crushed ice
3/4 cup of vanilla flavored soy milk
3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar

Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a 16 oz glass and top with a layer of whipped cream


Hard Rock Cafe's Proud Berry

2/3 full glass of Sprite, 7-Up or Sierra Mist
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 oz Monin Wildberry syrup

Make a float with the ice cream and the soda, then pour th Monin Wildberry syrup over the top of the drink.


Shanghai's Snowstorm

5 oz banana ice cream
8 oz freshly brewed Thai iced tea
4 oz crushed ice

Place 4 oz Boba into bottom of a glas. Pour in blended mixture and top with whipped cream and toasted flaked coconut.
